The Ladies Man...

So usually when we have playgroup with our friends we go to different house's, but this time we went to the Children's Musuem downtown. And it seems like Kingston had a way with the ladies...

Exhibit A: With a random twin little girl showing her how to cook. Exhibit B: Here he is showing the same twin how to wash the dishes now.

Exhibit C: Showing the other twin girl how to drive.

Exhibit D: Finally playing with a lady he knows, his friend Kate. And he also is showing her how to drive.... but she doesn't seem to appreciate it though. Only 14 month's old and he is already trying to tell women how to drive... ha ha ha..

Dude with the Tude!

Kingston has officially given me attitude! Yesterday he was in the bathroom and when I told him no he stormed out of the room while going "errrrrr," and then when he got into the other room he stopped, stomped, and went "Ughh!" I think we have officially created a monster!

King Kong and I have been busy, too. We went into Roanoke last week for a very quick visit to wish my brother Brian a happy 40th birthday, and we had a great time seeing the family and spending time at Gammy and Gandaddy's even though when we got there, my mom was looking for a wild limping coyote! Long story! Never a dull moment (where ever) we go lets just say. (And I apologize to anyone we did not see on our short trip, b/c I know we will be making another appearance soon, so I figured I would wait and see people when we have more time.) So besides the wild limping coyote we had a good time. And Kingston loved playing with his cousin's Madison, Logan, and Landon. Especially taking all of the toilet paper off of it's roll in their house and walking it all the way through the house as well. Uncle Brian was not happy...=) He tried his hardest to wear Gammy down by making her chase him, but she held her own once her reinforcement got home which was Gandaddy. ;) And I am pretty sure the phone on the cord that he used to walk around the house with either on his ear or wrapped around his neck is broken by now.

Then when Kingston and I got home the next day we had Nana and Papaw come down for a visit. And again Kingston tried his best to wear them down as well, but they also held their own. Kingston loved chasing and being chased by Papaw, and also getting his Easter Bunny loving on with his new gift from Nana. Easter was a huge success meaning Chad got loaded up on alot of chocolate(that he likes) from Kingston's easter basket from the Easter Bunny. It's amazing how the easter bunny knew what Daddy liked... amazing! And the easter eggs seem to still be around though... and some how keep making an appearance all over the house for some reason... I don't know who likes them more the cats or Kingston.

Kingston had a party and we were not invited...

I am pretty sure it is safe to say that Kingston had a block party this weekend and Chad and I were not invited. We went to a wedding this weekend, and Kingston was babysat by my wonderful neighbor Liz. Well, they decided that since it was so nice out side they went out in the yard to play after his nap and it got pretty rowdy after that so I heard. Mr. "Personality" (which I think should be his new name) invited all the other neighbors to come out and play too. So I think at one point there was atleast 6 or more people at our house playing with Kingston outside, and he I guess thought it was a hug party and decided to walk around and give out hugs. So if you need a party planner just give him a call and he can work something out for you.

To give you another example that he might do this again, he had a similar party while Chad and I were in Puerto Rico too, with my parents and Aunt and Uncle. And I am pretty sure it was another hug party. So it sounds like he has a common theme for his parties, so if you are invited to one of these impromptu parties be prepared to hug, and don't expect Chad and I to be around because we are never invited to these social events that our son decides to partake in.....

Oh yeah andhe said it is BYOB! (Bring your own bottle)

Biter, Dancer, and Buddhist/Philospher?

So Kingston is still into doing new things and one of those is if he does not get your attention quick enough, he will bite you! Yes, people he bites so watch out! And I have a bruise on my arm to prove it.
Another thing is he has learned to do is dance. Well in his own way he likes to stand still and bounce. And if he is walking around the house and hears Billie Holiday or Reggae, he will stop what he is doing and come running to were the music is playing and then he proceeds to dance. Which brings me to a day a couple of weeks ago, when he was walking around eating a pumpernickel pretzel, "reading" a book about being Zen, and dancing to Bob Marley. Like I said before, never a dull moment!
