The Bean's Family Blog: January 2010

Okay, so I know it is MARCH! But I just got around to finally putting this together. And you all should know by now that I don't do things normal!=))

Last year we had Christmas at Chad's house one last time, and this year we had our last year at my parents. Next year, Santa will be making one stop and that will be at our house! So here is the Christmas at the Kyle's with a visit to The Bean's as well. Enjoy!

Presents here I come!

He was moving so fast I could barely take a picture of him.

Now this is what I am talking about Santa Claus! (Notice Sophia moving out of the way....)

Got my barbie and my rocket, that's all the Christmas I need! (He seemed to like the naked barbie that are my neice's barbies. I tried dressing the barbie, but he liked her naked....)

A guitar huh??? Hummm, maybe I can impress Barbie with my skills!

Okay, next present... what we got here?

Gosh mom, hurry up already with getting it out of the package!

Wow, Santa came to Nana and Papaw's house too? Sweet!

Oh wow! A step stool to get into things at home! Nice!

And it can also be a nice seat to take a drink from my sippy cup too.

This is an awesome gun! (It wasn't his though... if you look in the background that is his cousin Landon's gun that he got for Christmas.) Kingston was just testing it out...

Little did he know, Dada had set up more toys from "Santa" that mommy didn't know about for when we got home.... (Dada felt that Kingston needed to see that Santa came to our house too. I think Chad was more excited about Christmas than Kingston...)

Wow, look there is a mini house in our house! Is this mine? (If you look to the right coming out the window is Rosey, who while we were gone thought it was her house.)

NO MOMMA! You can not leave this house! I will block you with the drum stick and door if I have to! (Rosey still sitting to the right of the house, patiently waiting and hoping Kingston will get evicted from her new house... )

Forget the mega blocks, lets just play inside the box they came in! Whew who!

Yeah, this is what I am talking about!

So I can't believe I am writing the title because right now as we speak it is snowing again, and we are supposed to get as much or more than we did our last snow storm! (Which was about a foot) This is quit amazing for Richmond, and for us. Since we have lived here over 10 years now, we have had maybe one other snow I think and that was like 3 inches maybe! So who knew we would have a child and it would start snowing every year since! Last year we had one good snow(maybe 6 inches) and now we are having our second in one year. So I figured I would post the ones from December right before Christmas 09' and then once I get the new snow pictures I will post those as well. In December we were not prepared for the snow, so we had to improvise on Kingston's snow outfit, and layer layer layer. This time at least Kingston has a snow suit, but it is a tad small because it is all I could find, but hey at least he has one! And maybe we will stay out a little longer this time as well, b/c when it snowed in December he was sick, so we didn't want him to be out long. And that being said, hopefully we can make something like a snowman this time, out of all of this snow! Yayyyy! Snow here we come, again!

I can dance in my new snow boots mom, look? Snow snow snow... snow snow snow!
